The Gulf Stream, formerly known as the Melville Bar and Grille, in Portsmouth, RI is an absolute delight under new ownership. Located right on the marina, the views of the water paired with the excellent food, service, and decor is a must visit this summer. Owen O’Connor visited over the weekend and sampled Lobster Hush Puppies, the New England Clam Chowder, and the Gator Bites (among other treats!). While the Gator Bites were a bit too chewy, the rest of the experience will leave him coming back all summer long.
